The process
We pride ourselves in how easy we have managed to make the process. Now, every program has a different process and we have many different programs but overall obtaining a loan can take 15-45 actual days. We now are capable of closing deals for both US residents & foreigners online. In our program where we don’t need to verify personal income(nor property income) the documentation needed is very little, making it easy breezy. On the other side, for our verified income loans & government loans we have streamlined the process & now need less documents from the borrowers and we close these in record time! Plus, we have so many exceptions & benefits we provide that we make closing deals seamless from the very beginning and this is why realtors love working with us!
